Mokshada Thapa – Diploma Educator

Hi, I’m Mokshada Thapa from Nepal, I am currently the Penguins Educator working 5 days in Penguins Room.

I have been working in the early childhood industry as a Qualified Diploma Early Childhood Educator. Currently holding a Certificate III and Diploma in Early childhood Education, with experienced of 2.8 years in Early childhood Educator as a room leader 1.5 years as an educator.

I believe that each child is an Individual and as a educator I will value and develop each child’s strengths, interests, skills, abilities, and knowledge to extend their learning with support and care. I believe in cultural diversity. I will celebrate the benefits of diversity with each individual child and enable them to understand and acknowledge differences. I am drawn to providing not only intellectual but also emotional support, recognising the importance of holistic child development.

My Vision is to contribute to creative, supportive and nurturing environments for children, and I am excited to continue to learn a positive educational experience for the children in Ballykin.

I am looking forward to support and maintain the safe inclusive environment, support as a Ballykin family to achieve the Ballykin Philosophy and vision.
