Nicolle – Diploma Educator

Hello. My name is Nicolle Medda, I am from London and I am the full time educator working 5 days in Penguins Room. Back home in London, I was working for 3 years at a prep school, as a room leader, with children age 2.5 to 3.5 years old. It is a joy to be around children and I truly enjoy working at Ballykin. I value having secure relationships amongst the children and I make sure I deliver great care to make sure all the children feel safe and loved. Having been brought up in a multicultural community myself, my everyday practice is influenced by my own upbringings and how important it is to offer an inclusive environment for all the children to feel listened to and valued. No 2 days are the same at Ballykin and watching children grow and flourish warms my heart. I feel very grateful to be part of the Ballykin team and I very much look forward to cherishing memories with all the children.
